Checkout and Payment

We accept purchase orders from all government departments and Australian public and private schools, universities and TAFEs.
We accepts purchase orders from registered Australian companies, subject to our unilateral assessment of their creditworthiness. . [/toggle]

and who require you to create an account just to buy one thing?

At AusPi Technologies, we hate that sort of behaviour.
If you create an account, you will be able to easily track your purchases with us. However, we do not force this.
To checkout without telling us anything more about yourself than you absolutely have to, click “checkout as guest”.

    • We need your email to send you tracking information, and your tax invoice.
    • We will only use your phone number if there is a problem with your order.
    • We need your shipping address to send your goods.
    • We don’t store your credit card number.

There is a (pre-checked) check-box signing you up to our mailing list on the order review page, un-check it if you never want to hear from us again.

Fulfillment and Shipping

[toggle title=”What does Dispatched (or any other order status) mean?” opened=”no” ]Here is a list of common order status’s and what they mean:

  • Pending means the order is yet to complete the website checkout process.
  • On Hold means we are awaiting a Bank Transfer payment or Purchase Order before we will process the order.
  • Processing means the order has been successfully lodged, and is in the queue for our dispatch team. It will be posted today, or on the next business-day after today.
  • Dispatched means it has been processed by a member of our dispatch team, and is likely to be in the post today.
  • Complete means your order has been posted.
    • If your order was posted via Australian Express Post, you will receive tracking information to your email address.
    • If your order was posted via Australian Regular Post, please allow one week for delivery.
    • If your order was posted via International Registered or Regular Post, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.
  • Refunded means we gave you (or the person who’s credit card you used to pay) your money back.
  • Cancelled means you cancelled your order at the checkout.
  • Failed usually means one of two things:
      1. If you have a shipping address inside Australia, this probably means you had insufficient funds to complete the transaction.
      2. If you have a shipping address outside Australia, this probably means the stolen credit card number you used didn’t work, please kindly try a different credit card with a different merchant.
